On June 13, 2024, commissioned by the Vocational Skills Appraisal Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Cycling Association (hereinafter referred to as the China Association for Self Employers) organized a final review meeting of the National Occupational Standards for E Bike and Electric Bicycle Assemblers (hereinafter referred to as the Standards) in Beijing.

The final review meeting will be chaired by Vice Chairman Huo Xiaoyun of the China Association for the Betterment and Progress of the Communist Party of China. Fifteen leaders and experts from the Skills Appraisal Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Labor Electronics Society, the Labor Security Branch of the Human Resources and Social Security Publishing Group, the China Academy of Personnel Science, the China Light Industry Federation Certification Center, as well as Phoenix Company, Jinlun Company, Yadi Company, Jinhengtong Company, Tianjin Association and other units attended the meeting.

According to the requirements of the Technical Regulations for the Preparation of National Occupational Standards (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), after the final review required explanation, preparation of work reports, expert review questions, preparation of expert answers and other procedures, the review experts believed that the standards met the requirements of the Occupational Classification Code of the People's Republic of China Occupational Classification Code for the definition of occupation and work tasks, reflected the requirements of the regulations in the principles of integrity, hierarchy, standardization, practicality and operability, with clear structure, comprehensive content, standardized style and format, and correct use of professional terms. The standard content meets the actual needs of the bicycle and Electric Bike profession and is in line with the technological development requirements of the industry. The attending evaluation experts unanimously agreed that the standard has passed the final review.
