On July 18, 2024, Chairman Liu Suwen of the China Bicycle ( Electric Bicycle ) Association held a working meeting with Director Song Mingxia of the People's Daily Digital Communication Carbon Neutrality Research Institute and her delegation. This is also the first meeting of Chairman Liu Suwen returning from European cycling.   During the meeting, Chairman Liu Suwen introduced the overall situation of the bicycle and Electric Bike industry, as well as the work of green and low-carbon development. He pointed out that bicycles and Electric Bicycles , as the most economical and convenient means of transportation, are the first choice for people to achieve green and low-carbon life travel. He hopes that all sectors of society will support the construction of green transportation infrastructure and promote the sustainable development of the bicycle industry. Dean Song Mingxia introduced the main work of the People's Daily Digital Communication Carbon Neutrality Research Institute, as well as the organization and publication of "My Green and Low Carbon Life" and the promotion of green and low-carbon research. Both sides look forward to actively cooperating in relevant fields and jointly promoting green and low-carbon development.   The relevant responsible comrades of the association participated.
